Message of April 24 was read, stating the House passed CS FOR                  
SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 20(RLS) am with the following                      
amendment:

Congress to accommodate Alaskas unique wetlands                                
circumstances by amending the Clean Water Act to                               
modify the wetlands regulatory program and to                                  
recognize Alaskas outstanding history of wetlands

Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House

modify the wetlands regulatory program and to recognize Alaskas                
outstanding history of wetlands conservation.                                  
                                                                               
The Secretary was requested to notify the House.                               
                                                                               
The resolution was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
